Fifteen members of the Intoxalock Scholarship Review Panel reviewed each submission to determine our 2018 winner. We received numerous submissions that exemplified creativity, narrative storytelling, and effective messaging. This year's winner will receive $3,000 towards educational expenses.Īll applicants were asked to create an original 30 to 60 second Public Service Announcement (PSA) video on the dangers of drunk driving and prevention techniques including the role of ignition interlock devices in stopping drunk drivers.
